Our roots begin in Clarendon, Jamaica, where generations before us perfected the art of Caribbean cooking. During the Windrush era, our parents brought those treasured recipes and traditions with them to England — carrying not just ingredients, but culture, resilience, and a deep love for food.
From open-flame cooking to carefully blended island spices, these techniques have been lovingly passed down through our family for decades. What started as shared meals around the table has grown into a lifelong passion for creating bold, flavoursome Caribbean dishes.
